We use DataFast (datafa.st) for website analytics. Service Providers: we share information with Dodo Payments to process payments and deliver the Product, and with DataFast (datafa.st) for website analytics

Business Transfers: if Riki Phukon is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

6.1 Retention

Note that deleting your data does not affect your license. You can continue using the source code you purchased.

Supabase: your database and authentication
Dodo Payments: your payment processing
Railway.com: your hosting infrastructure
Telegram: your bot notifications (optional)

We have no access to your users' data. You are solely responsible for your own users' data and for complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in the products you build with LaunchClaw. You must create your own Privacy Policy for your end products.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
