By purchasing, downloading, or using LaunchClaw ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not purchase or use the Product. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Riki Phukon ("we," "us," or "our").
Please read before buying: LaunchClaw is a developer starter kit, source code that gives you a starting point for building a SaaS app. It is not a finished product. The code is provided "as is" and may need debugging, setup, and changes to work in your specific setup. Things may not work perfectly out of the box. By buying, you accept this and understand that all sales are final (see Section 6).

We use Dodo Payments as our payment processor. By purchasing LaunchClaw, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to comply with Dodo Payments' terms of service and privacy policy. Your payment information is processed and stored entirely by Dodo Payments. We do not have access to your full credit card details.
LaunchClaw is sold as a one-time purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time at our sole discretion. Price changes do not affect existing purchases. We may offer promotional discounts or special pricing at any time.
All sales are final. No refunds. When you buy LaunchClaw, you get instant access to the full source code. Because you already have the code, there is no way to "return" it. By buying, you agree that no refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to:
The only exception is a billing error (for example, you were charged twice by mistake). If that happens, email us at hello@rikiphukon.com and we will look into it.
Revenue figures mentioned on our website (e.g., "$4K–$22K/mo") come from public listings on trustmrr.com and represent what other OpenClaw wrapper sellers have reported. These are not typical results and not a guarantee. We show them only to illustrate what others have done.
What you earn depends entirely on your own work: your execution, marketing, product quality, timing, competition, and many other things we have no control over. Buying LaunchClaw does not mean you will make any money at all.
You understand that every business carries risk, and you take full responsibility for your own business decisions.
LaunchClaw integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies:
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, terms, or practices of these third-party services. Changes to these services may affect the functionality of LaunchClaw, and we are not obligated to update the Product to accommodate such changes.
Lifetime updates are provided at our discretion. We may release bug fixes, security patches, dependency updates, and new features, but we are not obligated to release updates on any schedule, maintain backward compatibility, or continue development of the Product indefinitely. Updates are provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing and merging them into your codebase.
The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Riki Phukon expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Riki Phukon makes no warranty that: the product will meet your requirements; the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; the product will be compatible with your specific environment, hosting provider, or third-party services; or that any errors will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riki Phukon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Riki Phukon, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
We may terminate your license if you breach any of these Terms. Particularly the license restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of LaunchClaw in your possession. Products you have already deployed to end users are not affected by termination of your LaunchClaw license.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Each party shall bear its own costs. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and License, constitute the entire agreement between you and Riki Phukon regarding LaunchClaw.
